We are still in the USA. I am feeling a bit like the person who has stayed behind at the party long after the other guests have left. Fortunately our number plate is Oregon so people here are none the wiser. It is not all bad though, we didn't have to run the gauntlet of infected airports, planes and baggage handlers to get home, and now we are laying low and keeping away from others at Red Rock Canyon Oklahoma, not hard the park is mostly empty. There are a lot of full time RVers in the states so a few parks are still open like the one we are in at the moment. Plenty of space and sunshine to get us through.
The only time toilet paper would have been a welcomed present for my birthday but unfortunately there is still no toilet paper in the shops, (not the ones we went too) there is however kitchen roll. Apparently there are no fire arms left in the shops either, which is scary but does sort of explain the shortage of TP.
Take care, and thanks so much for all the birthday wishes and phone calls.
Well,l like us there are tissues, baby wipes, chux, rolls of sort of chux that you wipe down benches with and newspapers as we sued and leaves…….beware the stinging tree leaves…..
so nice to hear from you. I wondered where you were. We are staying in Mexico so we don’t have to go on airplanes. I is getting hard to get flights especially with 2 dogs. Enjoy your travels and social isolation.
Nice to hear from you too. I suppose it will be a quiet Easter in la Penita this year. Look after your self, all the best. Sally
