Last photo of the old van before her retirement. She copped a bent chassis rail somewhere on the last trip that wasn’t worth repairing and was written off by insurance. I saw her on the tilt tray on the way to the Brisbane auctions on my way back from having the truck serviced. I like to think she will see out her remaining days on a farm with a view over the paddock while someone builds their house and then she remains as guest accommodation. On the plus side – it was an easy process to get some money for the next adventure and clear the space for the new tenants.
