Vermont to New York in Autumn

Vermont in autumn, absolutely gorgeous.  We walked two small sections of the Appalachian trail, its 3,500 km long. At the second section we camped at a trail head car park for a few nights, there were not many walkers but we did meet a couple that had walked 1500 miles. (or so the said).
