Back to Arizona, and onto Page.
Camped at Walmart, thanks Kay and Rob for the tip. We were not the only ones there, but this is the first Walmart that we have seen that still allows overnight stays.

The bend around the bend from Horse Shoe Bend
The bend around the bend from Horse Shoe Bend
We went to have a look at 'Horse Shoe Bend' but found it swamped by tourists. We would have to park the truck camper up the road then pay $5.00 per person to catch the shuttle to the bend car park. By this stage it was getting late in the day so we decided to take a look at the gorge from another view point.

Glen Canyon Dam wall, Page USA
Glen Canyon Dam wall, Page USA
From the visitors center we took a tour inside the dam wall of Glen Canyon Dam.
It is the second highest concrete-arch dam in the United States, 710 feet above bedrock, second only to Hoover Dam which is 726 feet Glen has 26.2 million acre-feet of water storage capacity in Lake Powell. When we were there the dam was very low, apparently they have had 20 year drought.
Hydroelectric power is produced by the dam’s eight generators and supplies five billion kilowatt-hours of hydroelectric power annually.

Hanging garden USA
It was 5 pm and getting a bit cooler, so instead of hanging out at the Walmart carpark we took a walk out to hanging gardens. Beautiful spring flowers out.
